IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY Crown Real Estate WEBSITE OR OBTAIN ANY SERVICES FROM Crown Real Estate.

The Crown Real Estate websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Websites” and individually, a “Website”) provide real estate-related services, including but not limited to property evaluations, cash offer requests, real estate marketing, and investment-related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Crown Real Estate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise this Agreement and/or change, suspend, discontinue, or modify any aspect of any Website or Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of any Website after revisions are posted constitutes your acceptance of such revisions.

By using or attempting to use this Website, you certify to Crown Real Estate that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
   
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
   
• You are a resident of the United States or otherwise authorized to conduct business within the United States;
   
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
   

2.1 Website Content

“Information” includes all areas and aspects of the Website and Services, including but not limited to text, data, property valuations, estimates, photos, graphics, videos, software, marketing materials, and any other content provided by Crown Real Estate.

All Information is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate brokerage advice.

Crown Real Estate is a real estate investment company. We may purchase properties directly, assign contracts, partner with other buyers, or market properties to third parties. Any statements made on the Website regarding potential offers or property values are solicitations of an offer only and do not constitute binding offers.

Crown Real Estate may link to or display content from third parties (“Vendors”), including lenders, title companies, contractors, advertisers, or other service providers (“Vendor Content”).

Crown Real Estate does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Vendor Content and does not endorse or insure any Vendor products or services. No portion of the Website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may print one copy for personal, non-commercial use only.

Screen scraping, database scraping, automated data extraction, or similar activities are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Restricted Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity;
   
• Upload viruses or malicious code;

We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, errors, or technical failures resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to system failures, internet disruptions, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen events. 

 Crown Real Estate reserves the right to monitor communications and user activity on the Website for lawful purposes. By using the Website, you consent to such monitoring.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

CROWN REAL ESTATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Crown Real Estate does not guarantee:

• That you will receive an offer;
   
• That any offer will meet your expectations;
   
• That any transaction will close;
   
• That any valuation estimate is accurate.
   

All offers are subject to inspection, due diligence, underwriting, and signed written agreements.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Crown Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

These limitations shall survive termination of this Agreement.

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crown Real Estate and its owners, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Website;
   
• Your violation of this Agreement;
   
• Any inaccurate information you submit.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from Crown Real Estate, including automated communications.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.

Crown Real Estate does not authorize the use of its Services for unsolicited bulk communications (“SPAM”).

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County and State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

10.2 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Crown Real Estate.

10.4 Connectivity Charges

You are responsible for any internet, mobile, SMS, or data charges incurred through your use of the Website.

10.5 Termination

Crown Real Estate may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause.

10.6 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Crown Real Estate regarding the use of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements.
